- 4 oz Hornbrook Linen Gin
- ½ oz Lillet Blanc
Served up with lemon twist.

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into chilled coupe glass. Serve with lemon twist.
Combine gin, juice, syrup, liqueur and 3 cucumber slices in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice. Shake until chilled, about 15 seconds. Pour through a double strainer into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with soda water, about two ounces. Garnish with a few cucumber slices.

Honey Syrup -- To make honey syrup, combine 2 parts honey with 1 part hot water in a sealed container. Shake until integrated. Let cool.
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with expressed grapefruit peel.
