Hornbrook Linen Gin

Linen Martini

  • 4 oz Hornbrook Linen Gin
  • ½ oz Lillet Blanc

Served up with lemon twist.

Aviation

  • 2 oz Hornbrook Linen Gin
  • ½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • ¼ oz Maraschino Liqueur
  • ¼ oz Crème de Violette Liqueur

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into chilled coupe glass. Serve with lemon twist.

White Linen Cocktail

  • 1½ oz Hornbrook Linen Gin
  • 1 oz Fresh lemon juice
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • ½ oz Elderflower liqueur
  • 3 cucumber slices
  • Soda water

Combine gin, juice, syrup, liqueur and 3 cucumber slices in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice. Shake until chilled, about 15 seconds. Pour through a double strainer into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with soda water, about two ounces. Garnish with a few cucumber slices.

French 75

  • 1 oz Hornbrook Linen Gin
  • ½ oz Fresh lemon juice
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • 3 oz Brut Champagne

Combine ice, gin, lemon juice and simple syrup in a mixing glass and shake. Strain into an empty glass. Top with Brut Champagne. Garnish with a lemon twist

Archangel Cocktail

  • 2 ¼ oz Hornbrook Linen Gin
  • ¾ oz Aperol
  • 2 slices cucumber

In a mixing glass, bruise cucumber slices with a muddler. Add gin, Aperol, ice and stir until chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon peel.

Hornbrook Ten Point Gin

Ten Point & Tonic

  • 2 oz Hornbrook Ten Point Gin
  • 4 ounces tonic water, chilled
  • Garnish: juniper berries, Grapefruit wedge & star anis pod

Negroni

  • 1 ½ oz Hornbrook Ten Point Gin
  • 1 oz good quality sweet vermouth
  • 1 oz Campari

Combine all liquid ingredients with ice in a mixing glass and stir until chilled, about 30 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Squeeze orange twist over drink and slip into glass.

Last Word

  • ¾ ounce gin
  • ¾ ounce maraschino liqueur
  • ¾ ounce green Chartreuse
  • ¾ ounce lime juice

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a brandied cherry

Bee’s Knees

  • 2 oz Hornbrook Ten Point Gin
  • ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
  • ¾ oz honey syrup

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice. Shake until chilled, about 15 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Express a lemon peel over the surface of the drink and drop into glass.

Honey Syrup -- To make honey syrup, combine 2 parts honey with 1 part hot water in a sealed container. Shake until integrated. Let cool.

Dorchester Cocktail

  • 1 ½ oz Hornbrook Ten Point Gin
  • ½ oz Luxardo maraschino liqueur
  • ¾ oz lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • ½ oz grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed
  • ½ oz simple syrup

Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with expressed grapefruit peel.
