Hornbrook Juniper
Nestled in the juniper-studded Siskiyou Mountains of Northern California is a small town named Hornbrook. It was in these mountains that our founder was inspired to create gin bearing its name. Foraging for wild Pacific Juniper and bringing them home to distill, he discovered that these juniper berries imparted unique, delicate citrus notes to his gin.
